Servicing plans

Maintenance built around how you use the vehicle

A high-mileage van and a weekend car do not need the same schedule. We set servicing intervals from your mileage, your driving conditions and the manufacturer requirements that apply to your vehicle, then quote the work as a single job or as a repeating schedule.

  • Intervals agreed with you, not fixed by a generic table
  • Single repairs or scheduled maintenance, whichever suits the vehicle
  • Everything priced before the work is carried out

Private owners and business fleets

Two kinds of customer, one standard of work

The same service lines apply whether it is one family car or a small commercial fleet. What changes is how the work is scheduled and billed.

Private owners

One vehicle at a time, with the work explained in plain terms: what is wrong, what it needs, what can wait. Servicing intervals are set from your mileage and usage.

Small commercial fleet of vans parked together

Commercial fleets

Where several vehicles need servicing or repairs, work can be arranged as a repeating schedule or as individual jobs, with the scope and price confirmed before each visit.

In the workshop

Mechanical and electrical work under one roof

Fault-finding, servicing and component replacement are handled together, so a problem found during a service does not need a second appointment somewhere else.

Common questions

Before you book

How is the price worked out?

Prices are quoted on request: tell us the vehicle and the work you need, and we confirm the price and scope before anything starts. Diagnostic time, parts and labour are itemised separately so you can see what you are paying for.

How do I book a service?

Use the booking form with your vehicle details, mileage and the work you think is needed. If you would rather talk it through, call +44 7904 413434 and we will take the details over the phone.

How is diagnostic time charged?

Diagnostic and inspection time is quoted and confirmed before we start, and it is shown separately from parts and labour so you can see what the investigation costs on its own.

What does a service include?

An oil and filter change, fluid and condition checks and an inspection of brakes, tyres, battery and suspension, with a note of anything that needs attention before your next service.

Which parts do you fit?

We tell you what is being fitted and where it comes from before the work is carried out, so you can decide whether to go ahead.

How long will the work take?

Most routine servicing is completed in a day. Repairs that depend on parts availability or further investigation are scheduled once the scope is confirmed with you.

How is warranty on the work handled?

Warranty terms are confirmed with you in writing when the work is quoted, so you know what is covered before you agree to it.

Do you look after commercial vehicles?

Yes. The same service lines apply to private cars and to small commercial fleets; what changes is how the work is scheduled across several vehicles.
